SRG Global completed the acquisition of Diona for AUD111m.

SRG Global, an ASX listed diversified infrastructure services company, completed the acquisition of Diona, an end-to-end service provider in water security and energy transition, for AUD111m. The Acquisition is highly strategic, with Diona’s market leading position in program and asset management services in water security and energy transition, established partnerships with utility and government agency clients under long-term agreements, which complements SRG Global’s current end-to-end full asset life cycle capability in water, defence, resources, transport and energy transition.
