Vibra, a distributor and marketer of petroleum derivatives and biofuels, completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Comerc Energia, a company that provides generator management, natural gas market, distributed generation, and energy efficiency solutions, for $648m. "The acquisition of Comerc reinforces our position as the largest multi-energy platform in Brazil, highlighting our role in renewable energy and decarbonization. This deal guarantees a significant return, robust synergies and accelerates our cross-selling initiatives with B2B customers.
