Ares-backed Automated Industrial Robotics to acquire Sewtec Automation.

Ares-backed Automated Industrial Robotics, an industrial automation company, agreed to acquire Sewtec Automation, an industrial automation solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Ares is proud to continue its support of AIR’s growth through this latest acquisition of Sewtec.
