MPE Partners-backed Precision Pipeline, a company that provides repair, replacement, and maintenance services, completed the acquisition of Allegheny Contracting, a provider of technical utility services for the natural gas end market. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Allegheny has established itself as one of the premier natural gas utility service providers in Pennsylvania and surrounding states.
