CK Birla-backed Birla Fertility, a fertility services provider, completed the acquisition of Babyscience IVF Centres, a fertility center company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have expanded across India to leverage our global expertise and state-of-the-art infrastructure and deliver exceptional pregnancy rates that meet international standards," Abhishek Aggrawal, Birla Fertility & IVF Chief Business Officer.
