Alperia-backed Fintel Gas e Luce, a company dedicated to the marketing of electricity, natural gas and energy-saving systems, completed the acquisition of a natural gas business unit from Eicom, a company operating in the natural gas and electricity supply and sale services sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
