BlackFin Capital Partners to acquire IBS Capital Allies.

BlackFin Capital Partners, a private equity fund manager, agreed to acquire IBS Capital Allies, an independent wealth manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is the next step in strengthening our position as an independent wealth manager in the Netherlands. With BlackFin as our new shareholder, we see opportunities to significantly invest in the company, enabling us to serve our clients even better. Additionally, IBS will act as a scalable platform for future acquisitions in the Netherlands, leveraging all its licenses,” Harold Knebel, IBS CEO.
