Getinge completed the acquisition of Paragonix Technologies from Signet Healthcare.

Getinge, a company that provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions, completed the acquisition of Paragonix Technologies, an organ transplant company, from Signet Healthcare, a healthcare growth equity firm.
