Emirates Global Aluminium completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Spectro Alloys.

Emirates Global Aluminium, a premium aluminium producer with interests in bauxite, alumina and primary aluminium smelting, completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Spectro Alloys, a recycled aluminum alloy producer and aluminum recycling plants operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Becoming part of EGA is an exciting new chapter in Spectro Alloys’ five decades-long journey.
