Plum Acquisition Corp to acquire Tactical Resources for $589m.

Plum Acquisition Corp, a NASDAQ-listed special purpose acquisition company, agreed to acquire Tactical Resources, a mineral exploration and development company focused on rare earth elements, for $589m. “We are thrilled to announce our business combination with Tactical Resources.
