First Juken to acquire KHC from Solable for jPY4.5bn.

First Juken, a developing and selling detached houses and contract work company, agreed to acquire KHC, a Japan-based holding company mainly engaged in housing contract business, from Solable, a group of corporations who are working to solve a range of social and global issues through technological innovation, for jPY4.5bn. The Board of Directors of KHC formed a special committee for the transaction. The expected completion of the transaction is October 9, 2024.
