Vortex-backed Health Cloud Initiative completed the acquisition of SpotOnMedics from VvAA.

Vortex-backed Health Cloud Initiative, a Dutch company creating software for healthcare professionals, completed the acquisition of SpotOnMedics, an all-in-one platform dedicated for physical therapists, from VvAA, a collective supporting individuals and healthcare companies with knowledge, advice, insurance and other profession-specific services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "New laws and regulations and new forms of collaboration around the client are constantly placing new demands on software and innovation.
