Montagu Private Equity and TA Associate to acquire Harvest from Five Arrows.

Montagu Private Equity, a European private equity firm, and TA Associates, a global private equity firm, agreed to acquire Harvest, a software company, from Five Arrows, a fund focused on investing in mid-cap companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Harvest is a company with great potential, anchored by an experienced executive committee that puts teamwork first. I believe we have all the foundations to build a European champion and perhaps more. We are joining forces with new partners, TA and Montagu, who are complementary and have the resources and deep industry experience to support us in this strategy," Virginie Fauvel, Harvest CEO.
