Bitwise Asset Management to acquire Osprey Funds.

Bitwise Asset Management, a crypto index fund manager for individuals, investment managers, and institutions navigating cryptocurrency, agreed to acquire Osprey Funds, the sponsor of the Osprey Bitcoin Trust which offers solutions to digital asset investing. Financial terms were not disclosed. The consummation of the transaction contemplated by the Asset Purchase Agreement is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close later this year.
