One Equity Partners to acquire EthosEnergy from John Wood and Siemens Energy for $137m.

One Equity Partners, a private merchant banking arm of JPMorgan Chase, focused on leveraged buyout and growth capital investments in middle-market companies, agreed to acquire EthosEnergy, a company providing energy services, from John Wood, a British multinational engineering and consulting business company, and Siemens Energy, an energy technology company, for $137m. “The sale of these two non-core businesses is further evidence of progress of our strategy.
