One Equity Partners completed the acquisition of EthosEnergy from John Wood and Siemens Energy for $138m.

One Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of EthosEnergy, a global provider of aftermarket maintenance, repair, and overhaul, from John Wood, a global engineering and consulting company, and Siemens Energy, an energy technology company, for $138m. “The sale of these two non-core businesses is further evidence of progress of our strategy.
