ITED, a provider of IT services and solutions, completed the acquisition of 360 Telecom, a provider of IT services and technology solutions such as outsourcing, IT security or the implementation of IT infrastructure products. Financial terms were not disclosed. This operation will enable ITED to strengthen its position as a major player in managed services and IT solutions. It opens up new prospects for 360 TELECOM’s consultants and managers, integrating them into a human-scale ecosystem in an international, multicultural environment.
