KYNTUS completed the acquisition of 63.26% stake in Entegro.

KYNTUS, a digital, telecommunications and energy network infrastructure engineering company, completed the acquisition of 63.26% stake in Entegro, a provider of turnkey services for the design, installation and maintenance of fibre optical networks. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Entegro has a strong international business with an experienced team and a client-focused culture.
