Stahl to acquire WEILBURGER from Grebe Holding.

Stahl, a company specializing in coatings and treatments, agreed to to acquire WEILBURGER, a manufacturer of coatings, inks and adhesives, from Grebe Holding, a group in the paints and varnishes industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very excited to welcome WEILBURGER Graphics to the Stahl Group. This is another important step on our strategic journey. The acquisition further strengthens our packaging coatings business, building on the acquisition of ICP Industrial Solutions Group (ISG) in March 2023.
