Vibrantz Technologies completed the acquisition of Micro Abrasives.

Vibrantz Technologies, a specialty chemicals, color solutions and functional coatings provider, completed the acquisition of Micro Abrasives, a specialty alumina and abrasive powders manufacturer and seller. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our Micro Abrasives team looks forward to joining Vibrantz.
