Turnspire Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Pharmachem Innovations from Ashland.

Turnspire Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Pharmachem Innovations, a developer and producer of nutraceuticals ingredients, from Ashland, an American chemical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to acquire Pharmachem and its highly compelling formulation and manufacturing capabilities, underpinned by a broad portfolio of proprietary ingredients.
