TA Associates to acquire a majority stake in AlephYa Education.

TA Associates, a global private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in AlephYa Education, a pan-GCC education provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Since AlephYa’s founding only seven years ago, the Company has established a strong, diversified platform driven by an impressive track record of M&A and operational excellence.
