Adara Pakkaus, a packaging company, completed the acquisition of ER-Pahvityö, a cardboard packaging designer and manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The company acquisition strengthens our business in Finland. With the purchase of ER-Pafvityö, our overall offering will expand, at the same time enabling an even more flexible and comprehensive service package for our customers.
