Xtreme Oilfield Technology completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Legend Oilfield Services.

Xtreme Oilfield Technology, a multiple trailer vac services provider to oilfields and sites, completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Legend Oilfield Services, a provider of fluid-hauling tanker truck services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
