Waterland completed the acquisition of Nafinco from Waterland.

Waterland, a private equity firm that invests in insurance, specialty beer, gaming, biofuels, distribution, and offshore services industries, completed the acquisition of Nafinco, a provider of purchasing, digital and capital consulting services intended to serve independent pharmacists, from Freshstream, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very impressed with Nafinco’s development over the past two years.
