Bechtle to acquire s.i.g.

Bechtle, a provider of strategic IT consultancy services, agreed to acquire s.i.g., a provider of expertise in areas such as storage, backup, network security, IT infrastructure, industrial IT, and data protection. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In s.i.g., Bechtle has gained an excellently run company with outstanding specialists. We firmly believe that s.i.g. and Bechtle will enjoy above-average growth in the NeuUlm economic region,” Oliver Hambrecht, Bechtle Executive Vice President for Southwest Germany and Austria.
