Foundation Building Materials completed the acquisition of Unified Door & Hardware from Dunes Point Capital.

Foundation Building Materials, a portfolio company of American Securities and Clayton, Dubilier and Rice, completed the acquisition of Unified Door & Hardware, a distributor of doors and related hardware for commercial building applications, from Dunes Point Capital, a family office and private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
