Legrand completed the acquisition of UPSistemas and Australian Plastic Profiles.

Legrand, a multinational supplier of products and systems for electrical and digital building infrastructures, completed the acquisition of UPSistemas and Australian Plastic Profiles, a cable management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our external growth is particularly vigorous this year, with 7 operations announced to date representing annualized revenue of nearly €350m. We will maintain this momentum in coming quarters as we continue to strengthen our positions through targeted and complementary acquisitions," Benoît Coquart, Legrand Director.
