Tower Arch Capital completed the acquisition of ACS Manufacturing.

Tower Arch Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ACS Manufacturing, a manufacturer of acoustical equipment enclosures, fuel tanks, turbine systems and skids. Financial terms were not disclosed. "ACS has grown to become a leading provider of specialized enclosures for the largest power generator OEMs and their data center partners.
