Centerbridge Partners to acquire Banca Progetto from Oaktree.

Centerbridge Partners, a multi-strategy private investment firm, agreed to acquire Banca Progetto, an Italian bank, from Oaktree, an American global asset management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The valuable collaboration and solid partnership that have proven crucial in this first fundamental phase of Banca Progetto's history.
