EQT-Exeter completed the acquisition of Effington Invest and Artesian Invest for €100m. Financials

EQT-Exeter, a real estate investor, completed the acquisition of Effington Invest, which owns three logistic assets in Illescas, Toledo, and Artesian Invest, which owns two logistic assets in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, for €100m ($110m).
