Management of LMR Partners completed the acquisition of a 16% stake in the company from Petershill for $258m.

Management of LMR Partners, a global multi-strategy and absolute return investment firm, completed the acquisition of a 16% stake in the company from Petershill, an investment company specialising in alternative investments, for $258m. The transaction is consistent with Petershill Partners’ strategic focus on private market alternative asset firms. Following completion of the transaction, more than 90% of ownership weighted AUM will be focused on private capital strategies.
