Healthcare Management Trust completed the acquisition of St Quentin Care Homes.

Healthcare Management Trust, a registered charity delivering not for profit health and social care, completed the acquisition of St Quentin Care Homes, a group of family-run care homes. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents a wonderful opportunity for us to integrate St Quentin Care Homes into the HMT fold.
