Oakley Capital-backed Alerce completed the acquisition of WeMob.

Oakley Capital-backed Alerce, a company in solutions and software for transport and logistics companies, completed the acquisition of WeMob, a provider of fleet management and telematics SaaS solutions in Iberia. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to support Alerce’s first acquisition.
