Builtwell Bancorp to acquire Bradley County Financial.

Builtwell Bancorp, a community bank in southeast Tennessee and northwest Georgia, agreed to acquire Bradley County Financial, the holding company for Bank of Cleveland, a community bank headquartered in Tennessee. Financial terms were not disclosed.
