Rantalainen, an accounting firm that provides financial management services, agreed to acquire the accounting business of Korhonen Oy, a Finnish family-owned company that provides a wide range of financial administration, property management, and real estate brokerage services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As part of a larger organization, we are able to strengthen our expertise and offer our customers new services.
