Main Capital-backed Bizzdesign completed the acquisition of MEGA International from GIMV.

Main Capital-backed Bizzdesign, a global SaaS Enterprise Architecture platform, completed the acquisition of MEGA International, a global software provider, from GIMV, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bizzdesign is an excellent strategic and cultural match for MEGA. Our combined strengths and resources will greatly enhance the value of Enterprise Architecture in driving business transformation.
