Indicor to acquire Ovarro from FFL Partners.

Indicor, a diversified industrial company, agreed to acquire Ovarro, a prominent provider of advanced technology solutions for critical infrastructure monitoring and management, from FFL Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ovarro represents a significant addition to Indicor's portfolio of niche industrial technologies. They are leaders in systems and analytics used to manage critical assets including water and other key processes. This acquisition aligns seamlessly with our strategy to enhance our technological capabilities and expand our reach in the water and environmental sectors," Doug Wright, Indicor CEO.
