Crosspoint Capital Partners-backed Absolute Software, a provider of enterprise cyber resilience, completed the acquisition of Syxsense, a recognized innovator in automated endpoint and vulnerability management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Fundamental problems in applications and operating systems are continuing to cripple businesses, despite the billions of dollars spent to defend against advanced threats.
