Seminole to acquire the Florida-based Shady Hills gas-fired power plant from GE Vernova.

Seminole, a not-for-profit electric cooperative, agreed to acquire the Florida-based Shady Hills gas-fired power plant from GE Vernova, an energy equipment manufacturing and services company headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Financial terms were not disclosed.
