Skylark Holdings to acquire Sukesan from Unison Capital for $167m.

Skylark Holdings, a Japanese corporation that owns over 2,717 restaurants in Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia and the United States, agreed to acquire Sukesan, a regional udon noodle restaurant chain, from Unison Capital, a private equity firm specializing in buyout investments, spin-offs of business units by large corporations, for $167m.
