Unica, an independent provider of technical services, completed the acquisition of DQS, a rovider of certification and audit services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition, we are strengthening our execution power in electrical measurement and control applications in the Greater Amsterdam region. DQS fits in very well with Unica in terms of service provision and culture, and the combination with Hermans offers opportunities, because we can serve customers in the region in measurement and control technology from a broader base,” John Quist, Unica CEO.
