Madison Dearborn Partners completed the investment in Harmonia Holdings.

Madison Dearborn Partners, an American private equity firm specializing in leveraged buyouts of privately held or publicly traded companies, or divisions of larger companies, completed the investment in Harmonia Holdings, a provider of innovative technology solutions to the US Federal Government. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through our new partnership with MDP, Damon and Jon, Harmonia will have the resources to build expertise and develop leadership roles to accelerate its growth strategy, which we expect will deliver many benefits to our customers and employees.
