VINCI Concessions and GIP to acquire HKR Roadways.

VINCI Concessions, a mobility infrastructure company, and GIP, an infrastructure investment fund, agreed to acquire HKR Roadways, a holding a contract ending in 2041 with the Telangana state government for the concession to the SH1 motorway. Financial terms were not disclosed.
