OceanSound Partners completed the acquisition of PAR Excellence from Northlane Capital Partners.

OceanSound Partners, a private equity firm that invests in technology and technology-enabled services companies, completed the acquisition of PAR Excellence, a provider of supply chain integrity and cost management solutions to the healthcare industry, from Northlane Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
