Oak Hill Capital-led investors completed the investment in Race Communications.

Oak Hill Capital-led investors, including AustralianSuper, completed the investment in Race Communications, a provider of high-speed fiber internet and telecommunications services. Financial terms were not disclosed. This capital raise includes $375m in equity from Oak Hill Capital.
