Casella Waste Systems completed the acquisition of Royal Carting.

Casella Waste Systems, a regional solid waste, recycling, and resource management services company, completed the acquisition of Royal Carting, a provider of residential and commercial waste disposal in Columbia, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam and Ulster counties. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Royal is a well-known and respected waste and recycling service provider, and we are excited to enter these new markets with such a strong platform.
