HSA Group to acquire a majority stake in BiscoMisr from Kellanova.

Hayel Saeed Anam Group (HSA Group), a commercial entity, agreed to acquire majority stake in the egyptian food company – BiscoMisr from Kellanova an American multinational food manufacturing company.
