Omers to acquire a 13.48% stake in Interise Trust and a 25% stake in Interise Investment Managers from Allianz Capital Partners.

Omers, a pension fund for local government workers, agreed to acquire a 13.48% stake in Interise Trust, an Indian road operator, and a 25% stake in Interise Investment Managers, the investment manager of Interise Trust, from Allianz Capital Partners, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
