O2 Investment Partners-backed 4M Building Solutions completed the acquisition of Hi-Tec Building Services and Thario Building Services.

O2 Investment Partners-backed 4M Building Solutions, a full-service cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, and disinfection services company, completed the acquisition of Hi-Tec Building Services, a building maintenance and custodial services company, and Thario Building Services, a commercial cleaning company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Hi-Tec’s and Thario’s deep customer relationships, coupled with their dedication to exceptional customer service, make both enterprises an ideal fit for 4M.
