Gevo to acquire ethanol production plant and CCS assets of Red Trail Energy for $210m.

Gevo, an American renewable chemicals and advanced biofuels company, agreed to acquire ethanol production plant and CCS assets of Red Trail Energy, an investor group financing and operating a corn-based ethanol production facility, for $210m. “We are proud of what we have accomplished at Red Trail Energy and are excited about the future under Gevo’s leadership.
